Very good stay, nothing too much trouble, we would recommend. The venue is unique, it offers gorgeous breakfast and has unbeatable location short walk to Fratton Park, the sea, shops.

It was a really good stay. This hotel was magical, I enjoyed its terrific location and staff. The property was in an incredible area. Plus I reached southsea model village in 10 minutes by foot. Stunning view of ocean.

the staff was exceptional, and we had the benefit of just 15 minutes' walk right to south parade pier. honestly no complains at all.
